1. Booking & Appointments
Appointments can be booked online, by phone on 0000 000 000, or in person at the salon. Walk-ins are welcome when we have an open chair, but booked appointments always take priority.
2. Patch Tests & Allergies
For colour services (tint, permanent colour, balayage on bleached bases) we require a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment if you are a new client or have not coloured with us in the last 12 months. Please disclose any known allergies to PPD, ammonia, peroxide or other products.
3. Fitness for Service
Please disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, recent scalp surgery or any scalp conditions before chemical services. We reserve the right to decline or adapt a service where it is not safe to proceed.
4. Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge. Repeated no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit for future appointments.
5. Deposits
Deposits for weddings, extensions and colour corrections are non-refundable. They secure your stylist's time and the product ordered specifically for your service.
6. Results & Outcomes
Colour results can vary depending on hair condition, history and underlying tone. We will always be honest with you about what is realistically achievable in one sitting. We cannot guarantee a specific result where prior chemical history is not disclosed.
7. Refunds & Redos
Services are non-refundable once performed. If you are not happy with your result, please let us know within 7 days and we will book you in to adjust it at no charge.
8. Liability
We take every care in the salon but cannot accept responsibility for personal items lost or damaged during your visit. Please keep valuables with you at the chair.
